The relevance of the topic is due to the widespread occurrence of thyroid diseases, which occupy the second place among endocrine pathology. Diseases of endocrine glands have a significant impact on public health and their morbidity is steadily increasing (Bashmakova N.V., 1992; Andrianov V.P. et al., 1995; Bure V.M. et al., 1999; Zefirova G.S., 1999). Thus according to the data of V.A. Medik, V.K. Yuriev (2003) the frequency of endocrine system diseases in the Russian Federation has tripled in 5 years. Thyroid diseases dominate among endocrinopathies (I.I. Dedov, 1999). Thyroid diseases are the most common pathology of the endocrine system (E.G. Gasparyan, 2000).
