The temporomandibular joint is one of the most important joints of the head which aids in the opening and closing of the mouth. Recent changes in lifestyle, developmental disorders, stress, improper occlusion are certain factors which can cause immense pain in the joint area. this can lead to discomfort while eating, speech, headaches and referred pain to the head and neck.
